Enjoy tempura with three different flavour!

Tempura is served with three kinds of seasoning; dipping sauce (broth of bonito & sea tangle) with grated radish, lemon & salt, and plum sauce. Vegetable tempura is good with broth. You mix the graded radish with the sauce, and then dip the tempura in it. We recommend salt & lemon for shrimps and scallops. And fish tempura is great with plum sauce.
